Burney Fire Protection District

Community Facilities District No. 2006-1

On November 29, 2006, the Agency formed the District by the adoption of Resolution No. BFPD 2006-15. The qualified electors within the District approved the levy of the special tax in accordance with the rate and method of special tax.

As a condition of development, projects that are not within the original boundaries are required to annex into the District. All new construction projects must annex into the CFD before building permits are issued.
