Burn Permit expires at end of year in which it was issued:
This permit is issued to the above applicant to burn material subject to the following terms:
Incinerator: (a) a metal burn barrel with no holes larger than 1/4 inch and a heavy screen mesh with holes not larger than 1/4 inch; (b) attended by at least one able-bodied adult person at all times.
Burn Piles: (a) attended by at least one able-bodied adult person; (b) area within 10 feet of outer edge of the pile is maintained free of all flammable material; (c) a pile no larger than four feet; (d) have a charged garden hose or 5 gal back pump for a water supply; (e) no burning will be conducted if wind is greater than 10 mph.
